Updating Diet and Interaction Rules

Diet:

1. No fast food
2. No sweets
3. No soda
4. Beans, rice, raw fruits and vegetables and lean meat

Interaction rules:

1. All males are "Sir"
2. All females are "Miss" or "Ma'am" and outside of work I do not need to interact with them
3. Outside of work I avoid eye contact and maintain a submissive and respectful stance
